ABSOLUTE FLAGSHIP · EXPANDED ACQUISITION

A coordinated acquisition system for every market you operate.

Multi-Location Growth extends the Growth Partner model across locations, service lines and larger campaigns, with separate local priorities and one view of the wider operation.

No guarantees or automatic contracts. Your marketing accounts remain yours.

A GOOD FIT WHEN

The situation

For established home-service operators with multiple operating areas, teams, locations or service lines and a need to compare how each market performs.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

What it is not

Not a fit for a single small shop that mainly needs a focused website or measurement repair.

WHAT YOU GET

One clearly scoped plan. No mystery bundle.

Expanded acquisition management for companies with multiple locations, markets, service lines, or materially larger paid-media operations.

01

Market segmentation

Distinct service and location campaigns rather than one generic footprint-wide campaign.

02

Expanded local visibility

Location-aware pages, Business Profile work, internal linking and service-area information based on real operations.

03

Multi-market conversion

Landing-page and enquiry-path work suited to differences in service intent and the teams receiving calls.

04

Consolidated reporting

Lead-quality and budget comparisons by market, plus executive-friendly decisions and documented unknowns.

SERVICE INVENTORY

Deliverables considered for your scope

The final proposal specifies which items apply, their volume, and who is responsible for each.

  • Everything in Growth Partner, expanded to the agreed footprint
  • Location and market segmentation
  • Expanded landing-page, campaign, local SEO, and attribution scope
  • Cross-market lead-quality and budget analysis
  • Executive reporting and recurring strategy reviews
HOW IT WORKS

From first review to the next decision.

We document access, responsibilities and approval points before any billable work begins.

  1. 01

    Map the operating footprint

Document locations, service territories, demand patterns, capacity and current marketing access.

  2. 02

    Set market-by-market priorities

Agree on account structure, market-specific pages, budget decisions, measurement and ownership.

  3. 03

    Coordinate delivery

Manage the approved paid, organic, website and tracking work across the agreed footprint.

  4. 04

Review each market and the whole operation

Compare spend, qualified calls, bookings and data quality where available, then prioritize the next changes.

TRANSPARENT MEASUREMENT

Local accountability with a clear portfolio-level view.

Reporting follows the path from demand to contact, qualified enquiry and booked work wherever that information is available. Unknown outcomes are marked unknown, not claimed as wins.

IN WRITING BEFORE START

Clear boundaries protect both sides.

No guaranteed leads, rankings, booked jobs or revenue. Media and external tools are not silently bundled into the management fee.

  • Final scope depends on location count, services, media budget, and production needs
  • Media spend, CRM fees, call tracking, and paid software are separate unless included in writing
  • No guaranteed lead volume, ranking position, close rate, or revenue outcome
  • Client retains ownership of domain, website, ad accounts, analytics and CRM.
COMMON QUESTIONS

The questions worth asking.

What makes this the flagship?

It includes the Growth Partner approach with an expanded, separately scoped footprint, more coordination and cross-market reporting.

How many locations are included?

The number of locations, campaigns, services, pages and reporting views is agreed in the proposal; the monthly price shown above is a starting fee, not an unlimited-location rate.

Can each location own its accounts?

Client ownership remains the rule. We document the agreed account architecture and request the access needed for management.

Getting started

Bring the business context.

Share your priority services, dispatch area, current website and marketing setup. We also review how the office accepts enquiries and records booked work. That context helps us define useful deliverables and avoid spending on demand the team cannot serve.

Working together

Agree on decisions and access.

The proposal records production volumes, review points, reporting responsibilities and dependencies. You supply verified service claims, publishable proof and relevant account access. Your website, advertising accounts, analytics and data stay client-owned.

DELIVERY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Clear ownership. A visible process.

Axemetric works remotely from Lahore, Pakistan with US home-service businesses. Syed Sumama Ahmed is your point of contact for scope, decisions and updates.

Where is Axemetric based?

Axemetric is founder-led and operated remotely from Lahore, Pakistan, serving US home-service businesses. Service-area guides describe markets we focus on, not US offices.

How will we communicate across time zones?

You work directly with the founder by email, written updates and scheduled calls. We agree on meeting times and response expectations around both time zones in the proposal.

Who owns our accounts and data?

You retain your domain, website, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, analytics, CRM and primary data. Grant authorized access by invitation with the permissions the agreed work requires, rather than sharing passwords.

How do billing, progress reviews and cancellation work?

Deliverables, fees, milestones, approvals, reporting, cancellation and handover terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Monthly fees exclude media, subscriptions and additional production unless expressly included. There is no automatic paid contract from an enquiry.
