A GOOD FIT WHEN

The situation

For an established HVAC, plumbing or roofing business with a defined territory, capacity to handle new enquiries, and a monthly marketing budget beyond the management fee.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

What it is not

Not a fit if you need a guaranteed call volume, unlimited development, or cannot fund media spend and follow up with leads.

WHAT YOU GET

One clearly scoped plan. No mystery bundle.

Axemetric builds and operates the customer-acquisition system behind an established home-service company, with one strategy across demand, conversion, tracking, and optimization.

01

Demand capture

Google Ads and Local Services Ads where appropriate, organized around relevant jobs, areas and available call capacity.

02

Local visibility

Google Business Profile improvements, service-area relevance and local SEO work in the approved footprint.

03

Convert more useful enquiries

Landing-page and website improvements that shorten the mobile path to a real conversation.

04

Lead quality and attribution

GA4/GTM, call and form measurement, review of qualified enquiries and an honest monthly performance discussion.

SERVICE INVENTORY

Deliverables considered for your scope

The final proposal specifies which items apply, their volume, and who is responsible for each.

  • Google Ads and Local Services Ads where appropriate
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
  • Conversion-focused website and landing-page improvements
  • CRO, GA4/GTM, call and form tracking, and attribution
  • Lead-quality analysis, ongoing testing, reporting, and strategy reviews
  • 30/60/90-day roadmap and defined KPIs
HOW IT WORKS

From first review to the next decision.

We document access, responsibilities and approval points before any billable work begins.

  1. 01

Audit and agree on a baseline

Review demand, landing pages, local visibility, calls, forms and existing access before confirming KPIs and scope.

  2. 02

    Build the operating plan

Prioritize paid search, local SEO, conversion work and tracking in an agreed 30/60/90-day roadmap.

  3. 03

    Manage and improve

Run the agreed campaigns and optimization work; assess search intent, conversion friction and lead quality.

  4. 04

    Report the real outcomes

Review spend, calls and forms, qualification and booked outcomes where data is supplied. Explain gaps and next decisions.

TRANSPARENT MEASUREMENT

An acquisition system you can understand and improve.

Reporting follows the path from demand to contact, qualified enquiry and booked work wherever that information is available. Unknown outcomes are marked unknown, not claimed as wins.

IN WRITING BEFORE START

Clear boundaries protect both sides.

No guaranteed leads, rankings, booked jobs or revenue. Media and external tools are not silently bundled into the management fee.

  • Media spend and paid third-party tools are billed separately
  • Locations, campaigns, production volume, and maintenance scope are defined in writing
  • No guaranteed lead volume, ranking position, close rate, or revenue outcome
  • Client retains ownership of domain, website, ad accounts, analytics and CRM.
COMMON QUESTIONS

The questions worth asking.

Is the management fee the complete advertising budget?

No. It is the starting monthly management fee. Media spend, subscriptions, call tracking and third-party costs are separate unless agreed in writing.

What does our monthly work include?

The service categories above form the plan. Number of campaigns, pages, locations, production output, and support arrangements are confirmed in the written scope.

Will you guarantee booked jobs?

No. Demand, competition, budget, phone handling and close rates affect results. We measure what we can verify and make improvement decisions from that evidence.

Getting started

Bring the business context.

Share your priority services, dispatch area, current website and marketing setup. We also review how the office accepts enquiries and records booked work. That context helps us define useful deliverables and avoid spending on demand the team cannot serve.

Working together

Agree on decisions and access.

The proposal records production volumes, review points, reporting responsibilities and dependencies. You supply verified service claims, publishable proof and relevant account access. Your website, advertising accounts, analytics and data stay client-owned.

DELIVERY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Clear ownership. A visible process.

Axemetric works remotely from Lahore, Pakistan with US home-service businesses. Syed Sumama Ahmed is your point of contact for scope, decisions and updates.

Where is Axemetric based?

Axemetric is founder-led and operated remotely from Lahore, Pakistan, serving US home-service businesses. Service-area guides describe markets we focus on, not US offices.

How will we communicate across time zones?

You work directly with the founder by email, written updates and scheduled calls. We agree on meeting times and response expectations around both time zones in the proposal.

Who owns our accounts and data?

You retain your domain, website, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, analytics, CRM and primary data. Grant authorized access by invitation with the permissions the agreed work requires, rather than sharing passwords.

How do billing, progress reviews and cancellation work?

Deliverables, fees, milestones, approvals, reporting, cancellation and handover terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Monthly fees exclude media, subscriptions and additional production unless expressly included. There is no automatic paid contract from an enquiry.
